4. Postavljanje i instalacija

4.1 Priprema

1. Park the trailer on a level surface and chock the wheels to prevent movement.
2. Couple the trailer to the tow vehicle and lift the existing trailer jack until it supports no weight.
3. Disconnect the trailer's 12V battery to prevent electrical hazards.

4.2 Removing the Old Jack

Carefully remove the bolts securing the old trailer jack to the A-frame. Once unbolted, lift the old jack out of its mounting hole.

4.3 Mounting the New Jack

1. Insert the new VEVOR Electric Trailer Jack into the mounting hole on the trailer's A-frame.
2. Align the mounting holes on the jack's base with the holes on the trailer frame.
3. Secure the jack using the provided bolts, washers, and nuts. Tighten securely.
4. The jack features a 90° rotating base to clear the pickup tailgate. Rotate the jack head to the desired position before fully tightening the bolts.

4.4 Ožičenje

Connect the jack's power wires to the trailer's 12V DC battery system. The red wire is positive (+), and the black wire is negative (-). Ensure connections are secure and protected from the elements.

4.5 Adjusting the Drop Leg

The jack includes a 5-position adjustable drop leg. To adjust, pull the pin, slide the leg to the desired height, and reinsert the pin to secure it. This allows for quick height adjustments on uneven terrain.

5. Uputstvo za upotrebu

5.1 Uključivanje/isključivanje napajanja

Ensure the trailer battery is connected. The jack is ready for operation once wired correctly.

5.2 Lifting and Lowering

The jack can be operated using the integrated rocker switch or the provided remote controls:

• Preklopni prekidač: Located on the jack head, push the switch up to raise the jack and down to lower it.
• daljinski upravljač: Use the 'UP' button to raise and the 'DOWN' button to lower the jack. The remote allows for operation from a short distance, reducing the need to bend over.

5.3 LED radno svjetlo

The integrated LED work light provides illumination for tasks in low-light conditions. Activate it using the dedicated light button on the jack head or remote control.

5.4 Manual Operation (Power Loss Backup)

In the event of power loss, the jack can be operated manually using the provided hand crank. Remove the rubber cap on top of the jack head, insert the hand crank, and turn it clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to lower the jack.

• Waterproof Protective Cover: Always use the provided waterproof cover when the jack is not in use, especially during adverse weather conditions, to protect it from rain, snow, and sun.
