The WELOCK ToucA71 is an advanced electronic door lock offering multiple access methods and enhanced security features. It is designed for doors with a thickness between 50mm and 100mm.

3. Postavljanje i instalacija

Before installation, ensure your door is compatible with an EU profile cylinder and has a thickness between 50mm and 100mm. The installation process involves replacing your existing cylinder with the WELOCK ToucA71.

3.1 Compatibility Check:

• The lock is designed for EU profile cilindri.
• Not compatible with UK Oval Cylinders or Swiss Round Cylinders.
• Suitable for covered doors and interior doors. Not recommended for outdoor garden doors.

3.2 Koraci instalacije:

1. Uklonite postojeći cilindar: Unscrew the fixing screw on the side of your door that holds the current cylinder in place. Insert the key and turn it slightly to remove the cylinder.
2. Adjust Lock Length: The WELOCK ToucA71 is adjustable. Loosen the screw on the inner knob to adjust its length to match your door thickness.
3. Umetnite novi cilindar: Insert the WELOCK ToucA71 cylinder into the door. Ensure it is flush with the door surface on both sides.
4. Sigurni cilindar: Re-insert and tighten the fixing screw on the side of the door to secure the WELOCK ToucA71.
5. Ugradnja ručki: Attach the inner and outer handles. Ensure they are firmly in place.
6. Test funkcionalnost: After installation, test all unlocking methods (fingerprint, passcode, mechanical key) to ensure the lock operates smoothly.

4. Uputstvo za upotrebu

The WELOCK ToucA71 offers multiple convenient ways to unlock your door.

4.1 Fingerprint Unlocking:

• Upis: Refer to the WELOCK app instructions for enrolling administrator and user fingerprints. Up to 10 administrators and 190 general users can be registered.
• Otključavanje: Place your registered finger firmly on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will emit a sound and unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.

4.2 Passcode Unlocking:

• Postavljanje lozinke: Use the WELOCK app to set and manage passcodes.
• Otključavanje: Enter your registered passcode on the keypad. The lock will unlock upon correct entry.
• Funkcija protiv prisluškivanja: To prevent others from guessing your passcode, you can enter random digits before or after your actual passcode. For example, if your passcode is 123456, you can enter 987123456012. The lock will recognize the embedded correct sequence.

4.3 RFID Card Unlocking:

• Registering Cards: Use the WELOCK app to register the included RFID cards.
• Otključavanje: Hold a registered RFID card near the lock's sensor. The lock will unlock when the card is recognized.

4.4 Smartphone App Control:

• Preuzmi aplikaciju: Download the WELOCK app from your device's app store (iOS and Android compatible).
• Uparivanje: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your smartphone with the ToucA71 lock via Bluetooth.

• Daljinski pristup: For remote unlocking and management over Wi-Fi, a separate WELOCK Wi-Fi Box 3 is required.

4.5 Mechanical Key Unlocking:

• In case of battery depletion or electronic malfunction, use one of the two provided mechanical emergency keys to unlock the door.
• Insert the key into the keyhole on the outer knob and turn to unlock.

4.6 Auto-Lock Function:

• The lock is equipped with an auto-lock feature that automatically re-locks the door after 7-15 seconds of being unlocked.
• This feature enhances security by ensuring the door is always locked after entry or exit.

5. Održavanje

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your WELOCK ToucA71 lock.

5.1 Zamjena baterije:

• The lock requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
• When the battery level is low, the lock will provide a visual warning on its screen and an audible alert. The WELOCK app will also display the battery status.
• To replace batteries, remove the inner knob cover, replace the old batteries with new ones, and reattach the cover.

5.2 Čišćenje:

• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish and electronic components.

6. Otkrivanje problema

If you encounter issues with your WELOCK ToucA71, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

• Brava ne reaguje: Check battery level. Replace batteries if low. If still unresponsive, use the mechanical emergency key.
• Otisak prsta nije prepoznat: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint through the app. Ensure you are placing your finger correctly on the sensor.
• Passcode Entry Issues: Double-check the passcode. Remember the anti-peeping function allows extra digits; ensure the correct sequence is embedded.
• RFID kartica ne radi: Ensure the card is registered. Try holding the card closer to the sensor.
• Problemi s povezivanjem aplikacija: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If using remote access, verify the WELOCK Wi-Fi Box 3 is properly connected and configured.
• Zaglavljen mehanizam brave: Do not force the lock. Use the mechanical key. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
