Welcome to the ENGWE MileTrail 1 Electric Bike user manual. This document provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new electric bicycle. The 468Wh (36V 13Ah) removable battery is integrated into the frame. It can be charged both on and off the bike.

1. To install the battery, align it with the frame slot and gently push until it clicks into place.
2. To remove, use the provided key to unlock and slide the battery out.
3. Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery (or directly to the bike if charging on-bike). The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.
