Turn clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier session. Levels 1-4 are suitable for warm-up, 5-8 for fat loss, 9-13 for endurance building, and 14-16 for muscle strengthening.

Adjusting Seat and Riding Position
The seat is adjustable to 8 different heights to accommodate users between 145 cm and 195 cm. The bike also offers three main training positions: vertical (standard), semi-recumbent, and a classic cycling position. An innovative elastic lock system allows for effortless adjustment of the bike's position. Simply lift the front frame and pull the lock, and it will automatically adjust.

Korišćenje LCD monitora
The integrated LCD monitor tracks your workout data. It displays 7 types of data: Speed, Distance, Pulse (manual pulse measurement), Odometer, Calories burned, Scan (cycles through all metrics), and Time. The monitor requires AAA batteries (not included). Place your hands on the pulse sensors on the handlebars to measure your heart rate.
