4. Podešavanje

Follow these steps to set up your plasma cutter for operation.

4.1 Priključak za napajanje

1. Ensure the plasma cutter is switched off.
2. Connect the appropriate power cord for your voltage (120V or 240V) to the machine. The unit comes with a dual voltage adapter.
3. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet. Recommended breaker size: 40A at 240V, 55A at 120V.

4.2 Air Compressor Connection

1. Connect an air compressor to the pre-installed air filter regulator on the plasma cutter.
2. Ensure the air compressor can provide at least 90 PSI and 60 L/min or above.
3. The digital display will show the air pressure in real-time, eliminating the need for an external gauge.

1. Connect the AG60 torch cable to the designated port on the front panel of the plasma cutter.

5.2 Cutting Modes (2T/4T)

• 2T (dvostruki dodir) način rada: Press and hold the torch trigger to start the arc, release to stop. Ideal for short cuts or tacking.
• 4T (četiri dodira) način rada: Press and release the torch trigger to start the arc, press and release again to stop. Suitable for long, continuous cuts, reducing operator fatigue.
• Select the desired mode using the 2T/4T switch on the control panel.

5.3 Non-Touch Pilot Arc Operation

The non-touch pilot arc feature allows the arc to start without the torch tip touching the workpiece. This is particularly useful for cutting rusty, painted, or uneven surfaces, and helps preserve consumable life.

5.4 Cutting Guidelines:

6.2 Air Filter Regulator

• Periodically drain any accumulated moisture from the air filter regulator.
• Clean or replace the filter element as needed to ensure clean, dry air supply to the machine.

• Use compressed air to blow out internal components periodically, ensuring the machine is unplugged first.
