1. Uvod
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Tenveo PTZ Camera and Controller Bundle. This bundle includes one Tenveo VHD4K10A-NDI 30X AI Auto Tracking NDI PTZ Camera, two Tenveo VHD2007 20X Optical Zoom PTZ Cameras, and one Tenveo KB200PRO PTZ Camera Joystick Controller. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the equipment to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

2.1 Tenveo VHD4K10A-NDI 30X AI Auto Tracking NDI PTZ Camera
This camera features 30X optical zoom and 8X digital zoom, AI auto-tracking capabilities, and supports NDI, SDI, HDMI, USB3.0, and LAN (PoE) interfaces. It delivers high-quality video and supports various network protocols including SRT, TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP, RTMP, Onvif, DHCP, and Multicast. Audio input (LINE IN) and output (LINE OUT) are available for integrated audio-video streaming (audio device not included).

2.2 Tenveo VHD2007 20X Optical Zoom PTZ Camera (2pcs)
These cameras offer 20X optical zoom and support HDMI, USB3.0, and LAN (PoE) interfaces. They provide clear video quality and support RTSP, RTMP, ONVIF, GB28181, and VISCA Over IP network protocols. An integrated OSD menu allows for picture adjustments. Note that these cameras do not have a built-in microphone.

2.3 Tenveo KB200PRO PTZ Camera Joystick Controller
The KB200PRO controller features a 5-inch LCD screen for real-time preview and a 4D joystick for precise camera control. It supports NDI, PoE, VISCA, Pelco-D/P, RS422/RS485, RS232, and RJ45 protocols. The controller allows for pan, tilt, zoom, focus, backlight, preset management, and PTZ speed adjustments.

4. Vodič za postavljanje
4.1 Raspakivanje i pregled
Carefully unpack all components and verify that all items listed in the product packaging are present and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately.
4.2 Povezivanje kamera
Each camera can be connected via HDMI, USB3.0, or LAN (PoE). For LAN connections, Power over Ethernet (PoE) simplifies cabling by providing both power and data through a single Ethernet cable. Connect the appropriate cables from the cameras to your display, computer, or network switch.

4.3 Povezivanje kontrolera
Connect the KB200PRO joystick controller to your network via an Ethernet cable. The controller supports PoE, allowing it to receive power directly from a compatible PoE switch. Alternatively, use the provided power adapter. Ensure the controller is on the same network as the cameras for IP control.
4.4 Konfiguracija mreže
For IP control and streaming, assign static IP addresses to the cameras and controller or ensure they receive IP addresses from a DHCP server. Refer to the individual camera and controller manuals for detailed network setup instructions. The controller can automatically search for IP cameras on the network or allow manual addition.
4.5 Kompatibilnost softvera
The Tenveo PTZ cameras and controller are compatible with various live streaming and video conferencing software, including Blackmagic Design ATEM, Skype, Zoom, Teams, vMix, and OBS. They can be used for multi-camera video production for platforms like YouTube and Facebook.

5. Uputstvo za upotrebu
5.1 Uključivanje/isključivanje
Connect the power adapters to the cameras and controller, or ensure PoE is active for network-powered devices. Press the power button on each device to turn it on. To power off, press the power button again or disconnect the power source.
5.2 Using the Joystick Controller
The 4D joystick on the KB200PRO controller allows for intuitive control:
- Pan/Tilt: Move the joystick left, right, up, or down to control the camera's horizontal and vertical movement.

- Fokus: Use the dedicated focus buttons or controls on the controller to adjust the camera's focus.

The VHD4K10A-NDI camera features AI auto-tracking. Activate this function via the controller or camera's OSD menu. The camera will automatically detect and follow a designated subject, ensuring they remain in frame. Auto-framing adjusts the zoom level to keep the subject appropriately sized within the shot.

5.5 OSD Menu Navigation (VHD2007)
The VHD2007 cameras have a built-in On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Access this menu using the controller or a remote control (if applicable) to adjust image settings such as brightness, contrast, color, and other camera parameters.

6. Održavanje
