Setup and Wiring Instructions

Proper wiring is critical for the safe and correct operation of the BMS. Refer to the wiring diagram carefully. This BMS uses a same-port connection for both charging and discharging.

Important Note on Wiring: Customer feedback indicates that the P- terminal on some diagrams may be misleading. For this BMS, the P- terminal is specifically for the charging negative connection. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly polarized before applying power.

  1. Connect the balance wires from your 10-series battery pack to the BMS balance port, starting from B- (total battery negative) and progressing up to B+ (total battery positive).
  2. Connect the main B- wire from the BMS to the total negative of your battery pack.

  4. Connect the main B+ wire from the BMS to the total positive of your battery pack.

Once correctly wired, the BMS will automatically manage your battery pack's charging and discharging cycles, providing essential protection functions:

    • Single battery over-discharge voltage: 2.7V±0.08V
    • Continuous working current: 15A
    • Instant protection current: 80A
    • Overcurrent recovery conditions: Charge recovery / Disconnect load
    • Short-circuit recovery conditions: Charge recovery / Disconnect load
  • Recharge Protection:
    • Single battery overcharge voltage: 4.25V±0.025V
    • Continuous charging current: 15A

  • No Output Voltage:
    • Check all wiring connections, especially the balance wires and main power connections (B-, C-).
