Setup

1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side or bottom of the walkie talkie.
2. Connect the provided 2-in-1 USB-C charging cable to the walkie talkie's port.

The effective communication range of your Talkpod F40 walkie talkies can vary significantly based on terrain, weather conditions, electromagnetic interference, and obstructions. The maximum stated range is 5 miles, but this is under ideal conditions.

• Over 5 Miles: Achievable in areas with no sight obstruction, such as open water or very flat, open fields.
• 3-5 Miles: Typical range in open fields with minimal obstructions.
• 1.5 Miles: Expected range in areas with major obstructions to line of sight, such as dense forests, urban environments with buildings, or hilly terrain.
