To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, lift your weight off the seat and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height.

Tilt Tension Control:
The chair includes a tilt tension control knob located underneath the seat. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the tension, making it harder to recline. Turn it counter-clockwise to decrease tension, allowing for easier reclining up to 30 degrees.
Armless Design:
The armless design allows for greater freedom of movement and enables the chair to fit easily under most desks, optimizing space.
