Setup

1. **Unpack:** Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. **Initial Cleaning:** Before first use, wash the egg trays, poaching trays, omelette bowls, measuring cups, and lids in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance base in water.
3. **Placement:** Place the egg cooker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and heat. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

Boiling Eggs (Soft, Medium, Hard)

1. Using the measuring cup, fill with cold water up to the line corresponding to your desired egg consistency (Soft, Medium, or Hard). The measuring cup is marked for different levels of doneness.
2. Pour the measured water directly onto the heating plate of the appliance base.
3. Carefully pierce the large end of each egg with the piercing pin located at the bottom of the measuring cup. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
4. Place the pierced eggs onto the egg tray(s) with the pierced end facing upwards. For the Deluxe model, you can stack both trays.
5. Place the egg tray(s) onto the appliance base. Cover with the transparent lid.
6. Plug the appliance into a power outlet. Press the power button to start cooking. The indicator light will illuminate.
7. The egg cooker will automatically shut off and an audible alert will sound when the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
8. Carefully remove the lid (steam will be hot) and the egg tray(s) using oven mitts or a towel.
9. For best results with hard-boiled eggs, immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process and facilitate easier peeling.
