The DASH Rapid Egg Cooker is an electric appliance designed to simplify the process of cooking eggs to various consistencies. It features a 7-egg capacity and an automatic shut-off for convenience. Preparing Hard-Boiled Eggs

1. Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the "HARD" line.
2. Use the piercing pin located at the bottom of the measuring cup to gently puncture the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
3. Place the eggs onto the egg holder with the punctured end facing upwards. The cooker can accommodate up to 7 eggs.
4. Pour the measured water onto the heating plate of the main unit.
5. Place the egg holder with eggs onto the heating plate.
6. Cover the unit with the transparent lid. Ensure the lid is not locked, as steam needs to escape.

Preparing Poached Eggs

1. Lightly grease the poaching tray with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
2. Crack 1-2 eggs directly into the poaching tray compartments.
3. Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the "POACH" line.
4. Pour the measured water onto the heating plate.
5. Place the poaching tray onto the egg holder, then place the assembly onto the heating plate.
6. Cover with the transparent lid and press the power button.
7. The unit will chime and shut off when done. Carefully remove the poaching tray.

Preparing Omelets or Scrambled Eggs

1. Lightly grease the omelet bowl with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
2. Whisk 1-2 eggs with desired ingredients (cheese, vegetables, etc.) in a separate bowl, then pour into the omelet bowl.
3. Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the "OMELET" line.
4. Pour the measured water onto the heating plate.
5. Place the omelet bowl onto the egg holder, then place the assembly onto the heating plate.
6. Cover with the transparent lid and press the power button.
7. The unit will chime and shut off when done. Carefully remove the omelet bowl.
