This instruction manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your Meister Transport Truck. 2. Sigurnosne informacije

• Maksimalna nosivost: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs). Overloading can cause damage to the truck and lead to injury.

4. Montaža

The Meister Transport Truck requires minimal assembly, primarily attaching the wheels.

4.1 Pričvršćivanje kotača

1. Pažljivo raspakujte sve komponente i provjerite da li su svi dijelovi prisutni.
2. Identify the two fixed castors and the two swivel castors with parking brakes. The swivel castors are typically installed at the handle end for easier steering.
3. Align each castor with its designated mounting point on the underside of the truck's platform.
4. Secure each castor using the provided nuts and bolts. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely to prevent wobbling during use. Do not overtighten.

4.2 Podešavanje visine ručke

The handle height is adjustable to suit user preference and for compact storage. To adjust, locate the locking pins or levers on the handle supports. Release them, slide the handle to the desired height (between 695 mm and 950 mm), and then securely re-engage the locking mechanism. Ensure both sides are locked at the same height before use.

5. Operacija

5.1 Unfolding the Truck

1. Place the folded truck on a flat, stable surface.
2. Gently pull the handle upwards until the platform fully extends and locks into place.
3. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before loading.

5.2 Folding the Truck for Storage

1. Ensure the truck is empty and clean.
2. Release the locking mechanism for the handle and push the handle downwards until the platform folds compactly.
3. Secure the handle in its folded position if a latch is present.

5.3 Extending the Loading Area

The loading area is variable, extending from 420x410 mm to 420x630 mm. To extend, locate the release mechanism (often a lever or button) on the platform. Engage the mechanism and pull the extendable section outwards until it locks into the desired position. Ensure it is fully locked before placing items on it.

5.4 Using the Parking Brake

The two swivel castors are equipped with parking brakes. To engage, press down on the lever located on the castor until it clicks into place. To release, lift the lever. Always engage the brakes when the truck is stationary, especially on inclines or when loading/unloading.

5.5 Loading and Transporting Goods

• Place items centrally on the loading platform.
• For tall or unstable items, use straps or bungee cords to secure them to the handle frame.
• Push the truck using the handle. Avoid pulling heavy loads, as pushing offers better control and stability.
• Navigate carefully around obstacles and over thresholds.

6. Njega i održavanje

• čišćenje: Wipe down the truck with a damp cloth after use. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
• podmazivanje: Periodically apply a small amount of lubricant to the castor axles and swivel mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
• Provjera pričvršćivača: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and screws for tightness. Retighten any loose fasteners to maintain structural integrity.
• Skladištenje: Store the truck in a dry, clean place, preferably in its folded state to save space.

7. Otkrivanje problema

7.1 Kotači se ne kotrljaju glatko

• Check for debris (e.g., hair, string) wrapped around the axles. Clean as necessary.
• Apply lubricant to the wheel bearings and swivel points.
• Ensure the wheel bolts are not overtightened, which can restrict movement.

7.2 Handle Difficult to Adjust or Lock

• Ensure the locking pins/levers are fully disengaged before attempting to adjust the handle.
• Check for any obstructions or bent components in the handle mechanism.
• Clean and lubricate the sliding parts of the handle.

7.3 Truck Wobbles During Use

• Verify that all wheel assembly bolts are securely tightened.
• Ensure the loading platform is fully extended and locked into place.
• Check for any bent or damaged frame components. If significant damage is present, discontinue use.
