3. Postavljanje i instalacija

Follow these steps to set up your Overmax Camspot 4.0 PTZ camera:

1. Odaberite lokaciju: Select an outdoor location that provides optimal surveillance coverage and has access to a power outlet. The camera is designed for wall mounting.
2. Montirajte kameru: Use the included wall mounting kit to securely attach the camera to a stable surface. Ensure the camera is positioned to cover the desired area.

3. Priključak za napajanje: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The camera requires 5 Volts AC and consumes 5 Watts.
4. Preuzmite aplikaciju: Download the 'Overmax Control' or 'Tuya' application from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
5. Registracija/Prijava: Otvorite aplikaciju i kreirajte račun ili se prijavite ako ga već imate.
6. Dodaj uređaj: Follow the in-app instructions to add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or selecting the camera type manually and connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
7. Umetnite Micro SD karticu (opcionalno): If you wish to store recordings locally, gently insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB) into the designated slot. The slot is typically located under a protective cover on the camera body.

4. Uputstvo za upotrebu

5. Održavanje

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Overmax Camspot 4.0 PTZ camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• čišćenje: Redovno brišite objektiv i kućište kamere mekom,amp krpom uklonite prašinu i prljavštinu. Ne koristite jake hemikalije ili abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje.
• Zaštita od vremenskih prilika: While the camera is IP65 rated for weather resistance, ensure it is installed in a location that minimizes direct exposure to extreme weather conditions if possible, to prolong its lifespan.
• Ažuriranja firmvera: Periodically check the mobile application for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures the camera has the latest features and security enhancements.
• Napajanje: Ensure the power supply cable and adapter are not damaged. Replace them immediately if any damage is observed.

6. Otkrivanje problema

If you encounter issues with your Overmax Camspot 4.0 PTZ camera, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Kamera van mreže:
  • Provjerite je li kamera ispravno uključena.
  • Provjerite je li vaša Wi-Fi mreža aktivna i je li kamera unutar dometa.
  • Restart the camera by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.
  • Provjerite da li se vaša lozinka za Wi-Fi nije promijenila.
• Loš kvalitet videa:
  • Očistite sočivo kamere.
  • Provjerite brzinu internet veze. Za optimalno strujanje potrebna je stabilna i brza veza.
  • Provjerite da nema prepreka koje blokiraju kameru view.
• Detekcija pokreta ne radi:
  • Provjerite je li detekcija pokreta omogućena u postavkama aplikacije.
  • Podesite postavke osjetljivosti.
  • Ensure the detection zone is correctly configured.
• Ne mogu se povezati na Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz networks are not supported).
  • Dvaput provjerite lozinku za Wi-Fi.
  • Move the camera closer to the Wi-Fi router during setup.
  • Perform a factory reset on the camera (refer to the quick start guide for reset button location).
