1. Uvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your BOIFUN DQ401 3G/4G Outdoor Security Camera. This camera is designed for outdoor surveillance in areas without Wi-Fi or wired power, utilizing 3G/4G cellular communication and solar power.

3. Podešavanje

3.1. Umetanje SIM kartice i SD kartice

The camera requires a 3G/4G Nano SIM card for cellular communication and a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included unless specified) for local video storage. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing cards.

1. Locate the rubber cover on the bottom of the camera.
2. Carefully open the cover to reveal the SIM card and Micro SD card slots.
3. Insert the Nano SIM card into the SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly. Push until it clicks into place.
4. Insert the Micro SD card into the Micro SD card slot with the gold contacts facing down. Push until it clicks into place.

3.2. Uključivanje kamere

After inserting the cards, power on the camera by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light turns red. The camera will emit a 'dong' sound, indicating it is starting up.

3.4. Connecting the Camera to the App

Follow these steps to connect your camera to the 'BoifunCam' app:

1. Open the 'BoifunCam' app and tap 'Add Device'.
2. Select '4G Camera' from the device list.
3. Confirm that the camera is powered on and the red indicator light is slowly flashing.
4. The app will display a QR code. Position your phone's screen 15-25 cm in front of the camera lens. The camera will scan the QR code.
5. Once the camera successfully scans the QR code, it will emit a 'pin' sound. The app will then proceed with the connection.
6. After successful connection, the camera's indicator light will turn blue.

3.5. Fizička instalacija

The BOIFUN DQ401 camera is designed for outdoor use and can be mounted on walls, poles, or other suitable surfaces. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight.

1. Use the provided positioning sticker to mark the drill holes on your chosen installation surface.

4.2. Motion Detection (PIR)
