1. Uvod

The SmallRig CT180 Video Tripod is a versatile and portable 2-in-1 solution designed for photographers and videographers. It functions as both a stable tripod and a convenient monopod, making it suitable for various applications including video recording, live streaming, vlogging, and travel photography. The CT180 tripod is engineered with user convenience and stability in mind. Key features include a compact fluid head, adjustable leg sections, and multiple expansion points.

• Fluid Head (ID: 3259B): Ensures smooth panning and tilting. Features fixed damping, +900/-550 tilt, and 3600 rotation.

3. Postavljanje i montaža

3.1 Početno podešavanje

1. Unpack all components from the carrying bag. Ensure all parts listed in the package contents are present.
2. Izvucite noge stativa pomoću relejaasing the metal knob locks. Adjust the leg angles as needed for stability.
3. Extend the center column to your desired height by twisting the locking collar.
4. Attach your camera or smartphone to the quick release plate on the fluid head. Ensure it is securely fastened.
5. Mount the quick release plate with your device onto the fluid head until it clicks into place. Secure the locking knob.

3.2 Converting to Monopod

One of the tripod legs is detachable and can be used as a monopod for increased portability and flexibility.

1. Identify the leg with the foam grip. This is the detachable monopod leg.
2. Twist the base of this leg counter-clockwise to unscrew and detach it from the tripod body.
3. The fluid head can be detached from the main tripod body and attached to the top of the monopod leg for use.

3.3 Inverted Center Column Setup

For low-angle shots or macro photography, the center column can be inverted.

1. Unscrew the hook at the bottom of the center column.
2. Remove the center column from the tripod.
3. Reinsert the center column upside down into the tripod body and tighten it securely.
4. Attach your camera to the fluid head.

4. Operacija

4.1 Podešavanje visine

The 4-section column legs allow for quick height adjustments. Release the leg locks, extend the legs to the desired height, and then firmly close the locks to secure them. The tripod can reach a maximum working height of 72 inches (183 cm) and folds down to a compact 16.9 inches (43 cm).

4.2 Korištenje glave za fluid

The mini fluid head provides smooth and precise movements for video recording.

• Pomicanje: Loosen the panning lock knob at the base of the fluid head to rotate the head 3600 horizontally. Tighten to secure.
• Naginjanje: Loosen the tilt lock knob on the side of the fluid head to adjust the vertical angle from +900 to -550. Tighten to secure.
• Use the non-slip lever for controlled and smooth movements.

4.3 Quick Switch Between Handheld & Tripod

The Arca-type quick release plate allows for seamless transitions between tripod-mounted and handheld shooting.

Utilize the 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the tripod's bracket to expand your setup with additional accessories.

• Regularly clean the tripod legs and fluid head with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
• Avoid exposing the tripod to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
• Ensure all locking mechanisms are clean and free of obstructions for smooth operation.
• Store the tripod in its provided carrying bag when not in use to protect it from dust and scratches.
• Check screws and connections periodically and tighten if necessary using the built-in spanner or appropriate tools.
