Setup
Početno punjenje
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided USB-C cable. The charging case requires approximately 2 hours for a full charge, and the earbuds require about 1.5 hours.

The Picun W20 earbuds feature advanced Bluetooth V5.0 + EDR technology and a Hall Switch for fast pairing.

The Picun W20 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for easy management of your audio and calls. The anti-misoperation touch design helps prevent accidental commands.

Twin / Single Mode
You can use both earbuds together in Twin Mode for a stereo experience, or use a single earbud independently in Single Mode for convenience or to save battery life.

Rješavanje problema
Uobičajeni problemi i rješenja
- Slušalice se ne uparuju: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
- Samo jedna slušalica radi: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection and allows both to pair.
- Niska jačina zvuka ili loš kvalitet zvuka: Ensure earbuds are fully charged. Try different sized ear tips for a better seal in your ear. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Slušalice se ne pune: Check if the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstructions.
