This device allows users to check tire pressure, temperature, and battery life, read sensor IDs, read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), reset TPMS warning lights, and perform activation, programming, and relearn functions for TPMS sensors. It is specifically designed to program XTOOL TS100 sensors (315/433MHz) and is compatible with a wide array of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models.
2. Postavljanje i početna upotreba
Before using your XTOOL TP150, ensure it is adequately charged. The device comes with a unit charger and various adapters (US, UK, EU) for convenience. Connect the appropriate adapter to the charger and plug it into the device. The TP150 features a user-friendly interface with straightforward navigation via physical buttons, as it does not have a touch screen.

3. Operating the TP150
3.1. Activating/Triggering Sensors
The TP150 can activate all OEM and universal TPMS sensors. This function is crucial for initiating the relearn process and monitoring the current status of sensors, ensuring they are properly connected and functioning. To activate, select the "TPMS" option on the main menu, then choose your vehicle model, and select "trigger sensor".

3.2. Programming XTOOL TS100 Sensors
The TP150's programming function is exclusively for XTOOL TS100 sensors. These dual-frequency sensors (315/433MHz) cover 99% of vehicle makes and models. There are four programming modes:
- Automatically ID Generation: The device generates a new sensor ID.
- Entry ID Manually: Users can input a sensor ID manually.
- Copy ID via Activation: Copies the ID from an activated sensor.
- Copy ID via OBD: Copies the ID from the vehicle's OBD system.
To program, navigate to "TPMS" > "Select Vehicle" > "programming sensors". Ensure the TS100 sensor is within 25 cm of the device.

3.3. TPMS Relearn Procedures
The TP150 supports various relearn modes for both OEM and universal sensors after tire replacement or rotation. Some vehicles may automatically relearn after driving for 20 minutes. Refer to your vehicle's maintenance manual for specific requirements.
- Automatsko ponovno učenje: Drive the vehicle at ≥ 25 km/h (15 mph) for 20 minutes with all tires at standard pressure.
- Ponovno učenje OBD-a: Connect the tool to the OBD port and select "OBD relearn" to write sensor IDs into the system.
- Stacionarno ponovno učenje: Follow on-screen instructions for a stationary relearn process.
- Copy Sensors: If sensor IDs are unchangeable, ensure they match the originals. Use the "Programming" menu on XTOOL TS100 sensors to copy IDs if needed.

3.4. TPMS Diagnosis and DTC Clearing
The TP150 can quickly diagnose TPMS-related problems, check pressure, temperature, and battery health, and identify faulty sensors. It can also read and clear DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) and reset the TPMS warning light.
To perform a diagnosis, go to "TPMS" > "Tire Pressure Diagnosis" > "Read & Clear Codes".

4. Održavanje
Keep your TP150 up-to-date with a single click for optimal performance. The device supports free lifetime software updates via Wi-Fi. To update, navigate to "Options" > "Wi-Fi connection" and sign in, then select "Upgrade" > "Wi-Fi Upgrade". Ensure the device is charging during the update process.
