Please read all instructions carefully before using your Faber OTG. Keep this manual for future reference.

2.1 Opis uređaja

The Faber 34L 1600W Oven Toaster Grill (OTG) is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for baking, toasting, roasting, and grilling. It features 4 heating functions, rotisserie, 360° convection, an indicator light, auto shut-off, and a ready bell for convenient cooking.

2.3 Kontrolna tabla

The control panel features four knobs for various settings:

1. Dugme za funkciju: Selects the heating elements (Off, Upper Heating, Lower Heating, Upper & Lower Heating). This knob also controls convection and rotisserie functions.
2. Dugme za temperaturu: Podešava temperaturu kuhanja od 100°C do 250°C.
3. Dugme za izbor: (Often combined with Function knob or for specific heating modes)
4. Tajmer dugme: Sets the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes with an auto shut-off and ready bell.

3. Podešavanje

3.1 Raspakivanje i postavljanje

• Remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and protective films.
• Place the OTG on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of clear space on all sides (back, sides, and top) for proper ventilation.
• Ne postavljajte uređaj u blizini izvora toplote ili na direktnu sunčevu svetlost.

3.2 Početno čišćenje

• Obrišite vanjski dio pećnice s oglasomamp tkanina.
• Wash all removable accessories (bake tray, wire rack, crumb tray, rotisserie kit, tongs) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing them back into the oven.

3.3 Prva upotreba (priprema)

Before cooking food, perform a 'burn-in' cycle to eliminate any manufacturing odors or residues:

1. Ensure the oven is empty and all accessories are clean and dry.
2. Zatvorite vrata pećnice.
3. Set the Function knob to 'Upper & Lower Heating' with 'Convection' (if available).
4. Set the Temperature knob to 250°C.
5. Set the Timer knob to 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow the oven to operate until the timer rings. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process.
7. Once cooled, wipe the interior with a damp tkanina.

4. Uputstvo za upotrebu

4.1 Opći rad

1. Place the food item on the appropriate accessory (bake tray, wire rack, or rotisserie).
2. Umetnite pribor u željeni položaj rešetke unutar pećnice.

4. Select the desired cooking function using the Function knob.
5. Set the desired temperature using the Temperature knob.
6. Set the cooking time using the Timer knob. The oven will start heating, and the indicator light will illuminate.
7. When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically shut off, and a 'ready bell' will sound.
8. Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts and tongs.

4.2 Funkcije kuhanja

The Faber OTG offers four heating functions:

• Gornje grijanje: Ideal for toasting bread, browning the top of dishes, or grilling.
• donje grijanje: Suitable for baking items that require heat primarily from the bottom, like pies or certain cakes.
• Gornje i donje grijanje: Standard setting for most baking and roasting tasks, providing even heat distribution.
• Convection (360°): Activates a fan to circulate hot air, ensuring faster and more even cooking, especially for larger items or multiple trays.
• Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or large cuts of meat, ensuring even browning and juicy results.

4.3 Using the Rotisserie

1. Secure the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the rotisserie rod using the forks provided. Ensure it is balanced.
2. Umetnite šiljasti kraj šipke za ražanj u pogonski otvor na desnoj strani unutrašnjosti pećnice.

4. Select the 'Rotisserie' function on the Function knob.

6. Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot rod and food after cooking.

1. Uvijek isključite OTG iz struje iz električne utičnice i ostavite da se potpuno ohladi prije čišćenja.
2. Remove all accessories: the wire rack, bake tray, crumb tray, and rotisserie kit.
3. Wash removable accessories in warm, soapy water. For stubborn stains, soak them before cleaning. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Obrišite unutrašnjost pećnice s oglasomamp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can damage the non-stick coating or surfaces.
5. Očistite spoljašnjost mekom, damp tkanina. Nemojte koristiti jake hemikalije ili abrazivne materijale.
6. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and using the oven.
