Setup
1. Instalacija baterije
The UT131B requires batteries (e.g., two AAA batteries). To install or replace batteries:

- For high Current (up to 10A): Connect the red lead to the 10AMAX Jack.
Uputstvo za upotrebu
1. Uključivanje/isključivanje
Turn the rotary switch from the "OFF" position to any desired function to power on the multimeter. To power off, turn the rotary switch back to the "OFF" position.
2. Odabir funkcije
Rotate the function switch to the desired measurement range. If a function has multiple sub-functions (e.g., AC/DC voltage), press the HOLD/SEL button to toggle between them.
3. DC Voltage Measurement (V---)
- Set the rotary switch to the V--- range (e.g., 200mV, 20V, 200V, 250V).
- Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

5. DC Current Measurement (A---)

- For mA/µA current, set the rotary switch to the A--- (200µA or 200mA) range. Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

CAUTION: Ensure the circuit is de-energized and all capacitors are discharged before measuring resistance.

- Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

7. Test diode

- Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

- Reverse the probes. An "OL" (Overload) reading indicates a good diode.
8. Test kontinuiteta
- Set the rotary switch to the Continuity symbol.
- Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

9. Battery Test (1.5V, 9V, 12V)
The UT131B model includes a dedicated battery test function.
- Set the rotary switch to the 1.5V, 9V, or 12V battery test position.
- Connect the black test lead to "COM" and the red test lead to "VmAµA".

10. Data Hold (HOLD/SEL)

Press the backlight button (often indicated by a light bulb symbol) to turn on the display backlight. Press it again to turn it off. The backlight may have an auto-off feature to conserve battery.
12. Automatsko isključivanje (APO)
The multimeter features an Auto Power Off function to conserve battery life. If no operation is performed for approximately 15 minutes, the meter will automatically power off. To disable/enable APO, refer to the full user manual (if available) or typically, hold down a specific button (e.g., HOLD/SEL) while powering on.
