3. Podešavanje
The BTU Desktop Power Outlet offers flexible installation options to suit your needs.
3.1 Položaj na radnoj površini
Simply place the power strip on any flat surface such as a desk, nightstand, or workbench. Ensure the surface is stable and dry.

3.2 Montaža na zid
For a more permanent and space-saving solution, the power strip can be mounted using its four pre-drilled holes.
- Odaberite lokaciju: Select a dry, indoor location near an existing power outlet, ensuring the 6.56ft cord can reach.
- Mark Holes: Hold the power strip against the desired mounting surface and mark the positions of the four mounting holes with a pencil.
- Izbušite pilot rupe (ako je potrebno): Depending on the surface material, you may need to drill small pilot holes at the marked positions.
- Sigurno: Use appropriate screws (not included) to secure the power strip to the surface through the mounting holes. Ensure it is firmly attached.

Using your BTU Desktop Power Outlet is straightforward.
- Priključak: Insert the power strip's flat plug into a standard 125V AC wall outlet.
- Spojite AC uređaje: Plug your electronic devices (e.g., laptops, lamps, small appliances) into the 2 AC outlets. Ensure the total power consumption does not exceed 12A.
- Punjenje USB uređaja: Connect your USB-powered devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, smartwatches) to the 2 USB-A ports using their respective charging cables. The USB ports provide 5V at 2.1A.

5. Održavanje
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your power strip.
- čišćenje: Prije čišćenja isključite produžni kabel iz zidne utičnice. Za brisanje površine koristite suhu, meku krpu. Ne koristite tekuća sredstva za čišćenje ili aerosole.
- Skladištenje: Kada se ne koristi, produžni kabel čuvajte na hladnom i suhom mjestu, dalje od direktne sunčeve svjetlosti i vlage.
- inspekcija: Periodically inspect the power cord and the unit for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires, cracks, or discoloration. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately.
- Prevencija preopterećenja: Do not overload the power strip beyond its rated capacity (12A). This can cause overheating and potential damage to the unit or connected devices.
