3. Postavljanje i početna upotreba

Skupština

1. Raspakujte sve komponente i provjerite da li ima oštećenja.
2. Attach the caster wheels to the base of the vacuum cleaner if not already installed. Ensure they are securely fastened.
3. Open the latches and remove the motor head from the dust container.
4. Ensure the universal filter set is correctly seated in the motor head.
5. Vratite glavu motora i pričvrstite zasune.
6. Connect the suction hose to the designated inlet on the vacuum cleaner.
7. Attach the desired nozzle or accessory to the other end of the suction hose.

Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a suitable 100V AC power outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and can handle the power requirements of the vacuum cleaner.

4. Uputstvo za upotrebu

The HILTI VC 20L-X is designed for both wet and dry vacuuming applications on construction sites. It complies with Dust Class L standards, indicating suitability for general dust with a maximum occupational exposure limit of >1 mg/m³.

Suho usisavanje

• Ensure the universal filter is clean and correctly installed.
• Connect the suction hose and desired dry vacuuming accessory.
• Switch the vacuum cleaner ON using the power switch.
• For optimal dust collection, ensure the dust container is not overfilled.

Mokro usisavanje

• Remove any dust bags if present. The universal filter is suitable for wet vacuuming.
• Connect the suction hose and a suitable wet vacuuming accessory.
• Switch the vacuum cleaner ON.
• The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a float switch that automatically stops suction when the maximum liquid level (9L) is reached. Turn off the vacuum and empty the container immediately.
• After wet vacuuming, clean the container and allow all components to dry thoroughly to prevent mold and odors.

5. Održavanje

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your HILTI VC 20L-X vacuum cleaner. Always disconnect the power supply before any maintenance work.

Pražnjenje posude za prašinu

• Unlatch and remove the motor head.
• Carefully lift and empty the dust container. For dry dust, dispose of it according to local regulations. For liquids, empty into a suitable drain.
• Clean the inside of the container with a damp krpom ako je potrebno.

Čišćenje i zamjena filtera

• The universal filter should be regularly inspected for damage or excessive clogging.
• To clean, gently tap the filter or use compressed air (from the clean side) to remove dust. Do not wash the filter unless specifically designed for it and allowed by HILTI.
• Replace the filter if it is damaged, torn, or if suction performance significantly decreases even after cleaning. Use only genuine HILTI replacement filters.

General Cleaning

• Obrišite vanjski dio usisavača sredstvom za čišćenjeamp tkanina. Nemojte koristiti jake hemikalije ili abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje.
• Check the suction hose and accessories for blockages and clean as needed.
