Postavljanje i prva upotreba

- Čisti: Before first use, wash the carafe, carafe lid, and removable filter basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

- Place an empty filter basket into the brew basket holder. Do not add coffee grounds.

Brewing Coffee
- Napunite rezervoar za vodu: Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water using the carafe. Refer to the ounce markings on the carafe for accurate measurement. Do not exceed the 5-cup (25 oz) maximum fill line.
- Umetni filter: Place a 4-6 cup basket-style paper filter (not included) into the Lift & Clean Filter Basket. Alternatively, if a reusable filter is provided, place it in the basket.
- Dodajte talog kafe: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. A general guideline is one level tablespoon of ground coffee per cup (5 oz) of water, but adjust to your personal taste.
- Položaj karafe: Place the carafe with its lid securely on the warming plate. Ensure the carafe is properly seated to activate the Grab-a-Cup Auto Pause feature.
- Počnite kuhati: Plug the coffee maker into a standard electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF switch. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the brewing cycle has begun.
- Automatska pauza za hvatanje šalice: If you wish to pour a cup before the brewing cycle is complete, you can temporarily remove the carafe. The brewing will pause. Return the carafe to the warming plate within 30 seconds to resume brewing and prevent overflow.
- Završetak: Once the brewing cycle is complete, the coffee maker will automatically switch to a "keep warm" mode. The ON/OFF switch light will remain illuminated until manually turned off.
- Poslužiti: Carefully remove the carafe from the warming plate and pour your coffee.

Mineral deposits (calcium) from water can build up in your coffee maker and affect its performance. Decalcify your coffee maker regularly, especially if you have hard water.
- Pour one cup of plain white vinegar into the water reservoir.
- Add two cups of cold water to the reservoir.
- Place an empty filter basket (without a paper filter or coffee) into the brew basket holder.

- Plug in the coffee maker and press the ON/OFF switch to start a brewing cycle.
- Allow half of the vinegar-water solution to brew through, then turn off the coffee maker and let it soak for 20 minutes.

- Discard the vinegar-water solution from the carafe.
- Run two full cycles of fresh, cold water through the coffee maker to rinse thoroughly.
