Uvod

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your GODOX 32x32inch (80x80cm) Foldable Flash Softbox Kit. This kit is designed to diffuse harsh flash light, reduce shadows, and provide soft, even lighting for various photography and video shooting scenarios. It features a Bowens mount compatible S2 S-Type Speedlite Bracket for versatile use with a wide range of flash units.

Uputstva za postavljanje

1. Rasklapanje softboxa: Remove the softbox from its carrying case. The softbox is designed to pop open easily. Gently twist and unfold it until it forms its square shape.
2. Attaching the S2 S-Type Speedlite Bracket:
   • Mount the S2 S-Type Speedlite Bracket onto a light stand (not included) using the integrated mounting screw and tightening knob.
   • Align the softbox's Bowens mount ring with the S2 bracket's Bowens mount. Insert the softbox into the bracket and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.

3. Installing the Diffuser Cloths:
   • Attach the inner diffuser cloth first. It typically has elastic loops or Velcro straps that connect to the internal rods of the softbox.
   • Next, attach the outer diffuser cloth to the front edge of the softbox using the Velcro strips provided. This provides a double layer of diffusion for softer light.

4. Attaching a Flash Unit: Open the adjustable clamp on the S2 bracket. Insert your speedlite flash or other compatible light source into the clamp and tighten it securely. Ensure the flash head is centered within the softbox opening.
5. Adding the Honeycomb Grid (Optional): For more controlled light direction and to prevent light spill, attach the honeycomb grid to the outer Velcro rim of the softbox.

Once assembled, the GODOX Softbox is ready for use. The primary function is to modify your light source for softer, more even illumination.

• Using the Grid: The included honeycomb grid narrows the beam spread of the light, providing more directional control and preventing light from spilling onto unwanted areas. This is particularly useful for hair lights, background lights, or creating dramatic effects.
• Podešavanje pozicije: Use the tilting mechanism on the S2 bracket to adjust the angle of the softbox, directing light precisely where needed.

Održavanje

• čišćenje: The softbox and diffusers can be gently wiped with a soft, damp cloth if they become dirty. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Skladištenje: When not in use, fold the softbox and store all components in the provided carrying case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Rukovanje: Always handle the softbox and bracket with care to prevent bending the rods or damaging the reflective material.

Rješavanje problema

• Softbox se ne otvara/zatvara glatko: Ensure all rods are properly aligned and not bent. Apply gentle, even pressure when folding or unfolding.
• Flash unit not secure in bracket: Double-check that the adjustable clamp on the S2 bracket is tightened sufficiently around your flash unit.
• Uneven lighting: Ensure your flash unit is centered within the softbox. Adjust the distance of the softbox from your subject and experiment with different angles.
