The SeTracker 4G Tracker Watch is designed for comfort and durability. It features a 1.44-inch LED display with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels. The watch uses a secure buckle clasp type for fastening. Its compact dimensions are 23 x 4 x 1 cm, and it weighs approximately 100 grams, making it lightweight and suitable for children.

4.1 Instalacija SIM kartice

The watch requires a Nano SIM card for full functionality (not provided). We recommend using JIO, Airtel, Vodafone, or BSNL SIM cards, depending on the best local coverage. Ensure the SIM card has an active data pack enabled.

1. Pronađite utor za SIM karticu sa strane sata.
2. Using the provided screw driver, carefully open the SIM card tray.
3. Insert the Nano SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing up, ensuring it is correctly oriented.

4.2 Instalacija i uparivanje aplikacije

The SeTracker watch is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. Download the official SeTracker app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

1. Install the SeTracker app on your smartphone.
2. Registrirajte račun i prijavite se.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to bind the watch to your account, typically by scanning a QR code on the watch or entering its unique ID.
4. Configure parental settings, including contact numbers for two-way calls and emergency contacts.

5.1 Two-Way Calling and Voice Chat

The watch functions like a mobile phone, allowing for two-way voice calls. It can save up to 15 phone numbers from the app. The watch will only accept calls from numbers that have been added to the phonebook in the application, ensuring safe communication.

• Upućivanje poziva: From the watch interface, select a contact from the phonebook to initiate a call.
• Primanje poziva: The watch will ring for incoming calls from authorized numbers. Tap to answer.
• Glasovni chat: Use the voice chat messaging option within the app to send and receive short voice messages.

5.2 SOS poziv u hitnim slučajevima

In an emergency, the SOS key on the watch can be pressed to initiate a call to pre-set parent/guardian numbers. This feature is crucial for immediate assistance.

5.3 Location Tracking (GPS+LBS)

The watch features a built-in GPS positioning device. Parents can check the child's location by tapping on the app. GPS location deviation is approximately 5m-200m in outdoor spaces. Indoors, it will show LBS (Location Based Service) position, which is derived from the nearest mobile (GSM) tower.

5.4 Unknown Call Restriction

For enhanced safety, the watch is designed to only accept phone calls from numbers that have been added to the watch's phonebook via the app. This prevents unwanted or unknown calls from reaching the child.

5.5 Način rada u razredu

During Class Mode, watch features will be disabled except for Date/Time and Location Tracking. This allows children to focus on their studies without distractions from the watch's other functionalities.

• Otporan na vodu: The watch has a waterproof and dustproof rating, suitable for normal water splashes in daily use. Note: This device should NOT be used in rain, bathing, or swimming.

• LBS Location Tracking: Offers indoor positioning based on mobile tower signals.
• Geofence Feature: Set safe zones in the app and receive alerts if the child enters or leaves these predefined areas.

• Q: Is there any subscription charge or annual fee for the watch?
  A: There are no additional/annual maintenance charges for the watch itself. However, SIM card service charges need to be paid as per the data plan you opt for.
• Q: What is the difference between LBS and GPS?
  A: LBS location is obtained from the nearest mobile (GSM) tower, whereas GPS location is derived when the watch connects to GPS satellites. GPS is more accurate outdoors.
• Q: My watch is not showing accurate location, what can I do?
  A: Accurate location is shown when the child is outdoors (under clear sky). Indoor location will rely on LBS, which is less precise.
