The Askey RAC2V1K router is designed to provide robust and reliable wireless connectivity for your home or small business. It features:

4. Podešavanje

Before you begin, ensure you have an active internet connection from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a working modem. This router requires a separate modem for internet connectivity.

4.1 Početni koraci povezivanja

4.2 Pristup postavkama rutera

To access the router's configuration interface, open a web browser on a device connected to the router's network and enter the router's default IP address (often 192.168.1.1) into the address bar. You will be prompted for a username and password, which are typically found on a label on the router itself.

5.1 Wi-Fi povezivost

The router broadcasts two Wi-Fi networks: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The 2.4 GHz band offers wider coverage, while the 5 GHz band provides faster speeds over shorter distances.

  • If you have forgotten your password, you may need to perform a factory reset (see below).

  • If all else fails, you can perform a factory reset. Locate the small 'Reset' button on the back of the router (often recessed). With the router powered on, use a paperclip or similar pointed object to press and hold the reset button for about 10-15 seconds until the lights on the router flash or change. This will restore the router to its default factory settings, including Wi-Fi name and password. You will need to reconfigure your settings after a factory reset.
