5.1. Preparing the Beaker

Fill the Pacotizing Beaker with your desired ingredients. Ensure ingredients are frozen solid to -18°C (-0.4°F) or colder for optimal pacotizing results.
Do not overfill the beaker beyond the maximum fill line. The rescue function can process overfilled beakers, but it is best to avoid this.
Place the beaker lid securely on the beaker.

5.2. Pacotizing Process

Place the prepared beaker with the blade attached into the Pacojet 2 PLUS unit.
Select the desired processing mode via the intuitive touchscreen:
- Pacotizing: For creating fine purees, mousses, and sorbets from frozen ingredients.
- Cutting/Chopping: For processing fresh, non-frozen ingredients.

Adjust settings such as processing food with or without over-pressure, and the number of portions.

Remove the beaker and carefully detach the blade.
