• Nintendo Switch: Before connecting, ensure "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in the Switch System Settings.
• Xbox Series X/S: If using a new version Xbox controller, the GameSir VX dongle may require a firmware update. Refer to the GameSir website for the latest update tutorial. If using an old version controller, ensure it is successfully paired with the Xbox Series X/S console before connecting the GameSir VX.
