General Mixing

Using HeatSoft Technology

The HeatSoft technology gently warms ingredients, such as cold butter, to room temperature while mixing, resulting in fluffier baked goods.

1. Prepare your ingredients in a mixing bowl. For best results with butter, cut it into smaller pieces.
2. Lower the beaters into the ingredients.
3. Pritisnite Dugme HeatSoft (indicated by a wavy icon). The mixer will begin to emit gentle heat towards the beaters.
4. Simultaneously, turn the speed control dial to your desired mixing speed.
5. Continue mixing until ingredients reach the desired consistency and temperature. The HeatSoft function can be used continuously or intermittently.
6. To deactivate HeatSoft, press the HeatSoft button again.

Using the Boost Feature

For an extra burst of power to handle thicker batters or to quickly incorporate ingredients, press and hold the Dugme za pojačanje during operation. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
