This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, setup, and operation of your deleyCON MK2639 Digital Weekly Timer. This device is designed for precise control of electrical appliances by switching them ON and OFF according to programmed schedules. It is intended for installation in electrical control panels.

6. Instalacija

The deleyCON MK2639 Digital Weekly Timer is designed for DIN rail mounting within an electrical control panel.

6.1 Montiranje na DIN šinu

1. Ensure all power to the control panel is disconnected at the main breaker.
2. Locate an available space on the DIN rail.
3. Attach the timer to the DIN rail by hooking the top edge onto the rail and then pressing the bottom edge until the clip engages.

6.2 Ožičenje

Refer to the wiring diagram below for correct electrical connections. All wiring must comply with local electrical codes.

This diagram shows the terminal layout: L (Live Input), N (Neutral Input), and output terminals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 for connecting the load. Terminals 1 and 2 are typically for the normally open contact, while 3, 4, 5 represent common, normally closed, and normally open contacts respectively for the internal relay.

• Connect the Live (L) wire from your power supply to the terminal marked 'L'.
• Connect the Neutral (N) wire from your power supply to the terminal marked 'N'.
• For the load connection, use terminals 3, 4, and 5. Terminal 3 is the common contact. Terminal 4 is normally closed (NC) and Terminal 5 is normally open (NO). Connect your appliance's live wire to Terminal 5 (for switching ON) and the neutral to the neutral supply.
• Ensure all terminal screws are tightened securely.

7. Početno podešavanje

7.1 Resetovanje tajmera

Prilikom prve upotrebe ili nakon dužeg nestanka strujetage, it is recommended to reset the timer. Press the R button with a pointed object (e.g., a pen tip) to clear all settings and reset the display.

7.2 Podešavanje trenutnog vremena i dana

1. Pritisnite i držite C+ dugme.
2. Dok drži C+, pritisnite W+ za podešavanje trenutnog dana u sedmici (PO, TU, SI, ČE, PET, SA, NE).
3. Dok drži C+, pritisnite H+ da podesite trenutni sat.
4. Dok drži C+, pritisnite M+ za postavljanje trenutne minute.
5. Pusti C+Vrijeme je sada postavljeno.

7.3 Format 12/24 sata

To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display, press the C+ i H+ dugmad istovremeno.

To activate or deactivate Daylight Saving Time, press the C+ i M+ buttons simultaneously. The display will show 'SUMMER' or 'WINTER' accordingly.

8. Upute za upotrebu (Programiranje)

The timer allows for up to 10 ON/OFF programs with various weekday combinations.

8.1 Podešavanje programa UKLJUČENO/ISKLJUČENO

1. Pritisnite PROG button (often labeled as 'P' or 'PROG' on similar models, or use RES/RCL if 'PROG' is not present, referring to Figure 1). The display will show '1 ON'.
2. Pritisnite W+ to select the desired day(s) of the week for this program. There are 16 different combinations (e.g., MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU; MO-FR; SA-SU; MO-SA; MO,WE,FR; TU,TH,SA; MO-WE; TH-SA; MO-FR,SA; MO-SU).
3. Pritisnite H+ za podešavanje sata uključivanja.
4. Pritisnite M+ za podešavanje minuta uključivanja.
5. Pritisnite PROG ponovo. Na displeju će se prikazati '1 ISKLJUČENO'.
6. Repeat steps 2-4 to set the OFF time for program 1.
7. Nastavite pritiskati PROG to cycle through programs 2 ON, 2 OFF, up to 10 ON, 10 OFF.

8.2 Ručno prebacivanje

9. Održavanje

9.1 Čišćenje

To clean the timer, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquids enter the device.

9.2 Rezervna baterija

The timer includes an internal NiMH 1.2V rechargeable battery to maintain time and program settings during power outages. This battery is designed for long-term use and typically does not require replacement. If the display is blank or settings are lost frequently after power interruptions, the battery may need professional servicing.

10. Otkrivanje problema

• Ekran je prazan:
  Check power supply to the timer. Ensure the main power is ON. If power is present and the display remains blank, the internal backup battery might be fully discharged or faulty. Allow the timer to charge for several hours with power connected. If the issue persists, contact support.
• Programi ne rade:
  Ensure the timer is in 'AUTO' mode (check the MANUAL button setting). Verify that the current time and day are set correctly. Double-check your program settings for accuracy (ON/OFF times and selected weekdays).
• Vrijeme je netačno:
  Reset the timer using the 'R' button and then re-set the current time and day. Check if Daylight Saving Time (DST) is incorrectly activated/deactivated.
• Appliance does not switch ON/OFF:
  Verify the wiring connections are correct and secure (refer to Section 6.2). Ensure the appliance itself is functional and properly connected. Check the timer's operating mode (AUTO, ON, OFF).
