The stadium seat arrives in a folded, flat position for easy transport. To unfold:

1. Place the folded seat on a flat, stable surface.
2. Gently lift the backrest portion of the seat. It will click into the first upright position.
3. Ensure the seat is stable before use.

3.2 Adjusting Recline Positions

The seat offers 6 recline positions for personalized comfort. To adjust the backrest angle:

1. Push the backrest forward past the 90-degree upright position until it releases from its current lock.
2. Return the backrest to the desired angle. It will click into place at each of the 6 available positions.
3. To return the seat to a flat position for storage, push the backrest forward past 90 degrees and then lay it flat.

3.3 Securing the Seat to Bleachers

To prevent the seat from slipping or falling, use the integrated safety buckle:

1. Position the stadium seat on the bleacher or bench.
2. Locate the quick-release buckle strap at the bottom of the seat.
3. Wrap the strap around the bleacher and secure the buckle. Tighten the strap for a snug fit.
4. The anti-slip bottom also provides additional stability.
