1. Uvod

This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your BLANCO Waste Separation System Flexon II 30/1. This system is designed for integration into 30 cm base cabinets, offering an efficient solution for waste management in your kitchen.

The Flexon II system features a contemporary design, is adapted for popular drawer cabinets, and provides easy access for waste disposal and cleaning. Its assembly process is designed for quick and straightforward installation.

3. Postavljanje i instalacija

The BLANCO Flexon II system requires installation in a standing cabinet equipped with a front panel and a pull-out drawer. The waste separation unit is mounted within this drawer.

3.1 Zahtjevi prije instalacije

• Širina ormarića: Designed for 30 cm base cabinets.
• Tip ladice: Requires a pull-out drawer.
• Visina montaže: The top edge of the selector cover must be 360 mm above the drawer bottom.
• Dubina ugradnje: A minimum depth of 400 mm is required.
• Drawer Side Wall Height: Maximum height of the drawer's side walls should be 265 mm.

3.2 Koraci instalacije

1. Ensure the cabinet and drawer meet the pre-installation requirements.
2. Refer to the included mounting set instructions for specific hardware placement.
3. Secure the mounting rails (part 1 from exploded view) to the inside of the cabinet or drawer according to the specified dimensions.
4. Assemble the frame (part 4) and attach the waste container (part 3) within it.
5. Slide the assembled unit into the mounted rails, ensuring it is securely seated and operates smoothly with the pull-out drawer.
6. Place the lid (part 2) on top of the container.

4. Operacija

The BLANCO Flexon II system is designed for intuitive use within your kitchen drawer.

4.1 Pristup sistemu

To access the waste container, simply pull out the cabinet drawer. The waste separation unit will extend with the drawer, providing full access to the 19-liter bucket.

4.2 Odlaganje otpada

The system features one 19-liter container. Use this container for general waste or for specific recyclable materials as per your local guidelines. The lid helps to contain odors.

• Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before placing it back into the system.

5.2 Cleaning the Frame and Lid
