- Nosite zaštitu za ruke: Use gloves to protect hands from splinters and other hazards.
- Isključite dovod zraka: Uvijek isključite dovod zraka prije podešavanja, uklanjanja zaglavljivanja ili održavanja.
- Održavajte radni prostor čistim: Pobrinite se da radno područje bude dobro osvijetljeno i bez nereda.
- Odgovarajući pritisak vazduha: Do not exceed the recommended operating air pressure (70-120 PSI).
- Nikada ne upirite prstom u sebe ili druge: The tool can discharge fasteners unexpectedly.
- Osigurajte radni komad: Always secure the material being fastened to prevent movement.
3. Značajke proizvoda
The 3PLUS HFN90SP Framing Nailer is designed with several features to enhance performance and user convenience:
- Quick Change Magazine Angle: Easily adjust the magazine to accommodate fasteners collated at 21, 28, and 34 degrees.
- Anti-Dry Fire Mechanism: Extends motor life and prevents the tool from firing when the magazine is empty, reducing wear and tear.
- Hardened Claw Tip: Reduces wear on the nose and minimizes slippage during toe-nailing.
- No-Mar Tip Option: Includes a removable no-mar tip to protect delicate work surfaces from unwanted damage.
- Multi-Directional Exhaust Cover: Rotates 360 degrees to direct exhaust air away from the user for comfort and safety.
- Adjustable Depth Control: Allows for precise flush and countersink nailing, ensuring consistent fastener depth.
- Toggle Switch Firing Modes: Easily switch between single shot (sequential) and bump fire (contact actuation) modes for different applications.

4. Podešavanje
4.1 Povezivanje na dovod zraka
- Provjerite je li kompresor zraka isključen i je li spremnik zraka ispražnjen.
- Connect an air hose (minimum 3/8-inch inner diameter) to the nailer's air inlet fitting.
- Set the air compressor regulator to the recommended operating pressure of 70-120 PSI. Do not exceed 120 PSI.
- Uključite kompresor zraka i pustite ga da stvori pritisak.
4.2 Utovar eksera
- Ensure the air supply is disconnected.
- Povucite sklop potiskivača nazad dok se ne zaključa na svoje mjesto.
- Insert a strip of collated nails (21, 28, or 34 degree, 2-3/16" to 3-1/2" length) into the magazine. Ensure the nail heads are properly seated in the channel.
- Release the pusher assembly, allowing it to push the nails forward until they are against the nosepiece.
4.3 Adjusting Depth Control
The depth of drive can be adjusted to achieve flush or countersunk nails. Locate the depth adjustment mechanism near the nosepiece and rotate it to increase or decrease the driving depth. Test on a scrap piece of material to verify the desired depth.
5. Uputstvo za upotrebu
5.1 Odabir načina paljenja
Use the toggle switch near the trigger to select between:
- Single Shot (Sequential) Mode: For precise placement. The trigger must be depressed and the contact trip pressed against the workpiece for each fastener.
- Bump Fire (Contact Actuation) Mode: For rapid fastening. Hold the trigger down and press the contact trip against the workpiece to fire fasteners in quick succession.
5.2 Opći rad
- Osigurajte da se poštuju sve sigurnosne mjere.
- Place the nose of the nailer firmly against the workpiece at the desired fastening location.
- Depress the trigger (and/or contact trip, depending on selected mode) to drive the fastener.
- Držite alat čvrsto u ruci tokom rada.
