1. Uvod
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Rongta RPP300 Portable Thermal Receipt Printer. The RPP300 is a compact and efficient mobile thermal printer designed for various point-of-sale and mobile printing needs, offering both USB and Bluetooth connectivity.

3. Vodič za postavljanje
3.1. Punjenje baterije
Before first use, ensure the printer's battery is fully charged. Connect the provided power adapter to the printer and a power outlet. The exclusive power indication light will show charging status.

3.2. Ubacivanje termalnog papira
The printer supports 80mm width thermal receipt paper with a maximum diameter of 40mm. It is also compatible with 58mm width paper. Open the paper compartment, insert the thermal paper roll, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top, and close the compartment securely.

3.3. Driver Installation (for PC/Laptop)
For connecting to a PC or laptop via USB, you will need to install the printer drivers. These drivers are typically provided on a CD included with your printer. Insert the CD into your computer and follow the on-screen instructions for installation. If you do not have a CD drive, please contact Rongta support for driver download options.
4. Uputstvo za upotrebu
4.1. Uključivanje / isključivanje napajanja
To power on the printer, press and hold the power button (⏻) until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.
4.2. Connecting via Bluetooth (for Mobile Devices)
The RPP300 printer connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to compatible Android and iOS devices.

- Download and install the "RTPrinter System" app from Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
- Open the "RTPrinter System" app and follow the in-app instructions to connect to your RPP300 printer via Bluetooth.

4.3. Adjusting Font Size
The RPP300 printer allows for adjustment of the printed font size:

4.4. Supported POS Software
The Rongta RPP300 printer is compatible with various POS software applications, including but not limited to:
- Loyverse (Maloprodaja/Odjeća/štampa logotipa)
- iREAP (Maloprodaja/Zalihe)
- CasierStock (Kupovina/Upravljanje zalihama)
- Kyte (mobilna prodaja)
- Pozool (Restoran/Kafić)
- POS terminal za prodaju gotovine (Restoran)
- ExpressExpense (Potvrda o ekspresnom plaćanju)
Važna napomena: This printer does NOT support Square, Mac, TabShop lite, Open Table, O3POS, MobiPOS Lite, Kasse Speedy, PayPal, Intuit Gopayment, Shopify, Credit Card Reader, izettle, or FileMake Go. It is also NOT compatible with Computer/Android tablets, Chrome books, Uber Eats app, Google tablets, or Clover POS systems. Please confirm compatibility with your specific application before use.
5. Održavanje
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Rongta RPP300 printer, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the printer clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning the exterior.
- Izbjegavajte izlaganje štampača ekstremnim temperaturama, vlazi ili direktnoj sunčevoj svjetlosti.
- Use only high-quality thermal paper recommended for 80mm or 58mm thermal printers.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the printer. Refer to qualified service personnel for repairs.
6. Otkrivanje problema
If you encounter issues with your Rongta RPP300 printer, refer to the following common solutions:
