2. Sigurnosna uputstva
Always prioritize safety when operating power tools. Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before using the Scheppach HS100S table saw. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

3. Postavljanje i montaža
Before operating the table saw, proper assembly and setup are crucial for safety and performance. Follow these steps carefully.
3.1 Raspakivanje i pregled
- Pažljivo izvadite sve komponente iz pakovanja.
- Inspect all parts for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Do not use the tool if any parts are damaged.
- Verify that all listed components are present: main saw unit, stand components, two table extensions, saw blade, blade guard, cross-cut gauge, parallel guide, and assembly hardware.
3.2 Sastavljanje postolja
Assemble the metal stand according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly guide. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened for maximum stability.
3.3 Mounting the Saw Unit
- Carefully place the main saw unit onto the assembled stand.
- Secure the saw unit to the stand using the provided bolts and nuts.
3.4 Installing Table Extensions
Attach the two table extensions to the left and right sides of the main table. These extensions significantly increase the working surface, allowing for easier processing of larger workpieces.

3.5 Blade Installation and Guard Attachment

4.2 Adjusting Blade Height and Tilt
The saw features a combined handwheel for adjusting both the blade height and tilt angle. The maximum cutting height at 90 degrees is 85mm, and at 45 degrees, it is 65mm.
- Turn the handwheel to raise or lower the blade for the desired cutting depth.
- Use the tilt mechanism to set the blade angle for bevel cuts (up to 45 degrees).

4.3 Using the Guides
- Paralelni vodič: Use the parallel guide for rip cuts to ensure straight and consistent widths. Secure it firmly before cutting.
- Cross-Cut Gauge: The cross-cut gauge is used for accurate cross-cuts and miter cuts. Adjust the angle as needed and secure the workpiece against the fence.

4.4 Usisavanje prašine

5.1 Čišćenje
- After each use, clean sawdust and debris from the table surface, blade guard, and motor housing.
- Use a brush or compressed air to remove dust from ventilation openings.
- Ne koristite jake kemikalije ili abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje.
5.2 Njega oštrice
- Regularly inspect the saw blade for sharpness and damage. A dull blade can cause kickback and poor cut quality.
