Setup: Loading Staples

1. Locate the "PUSH" button on the top rear of the stapler (refer to Figure 3).
2. Press the "PUSH" button firmly to release the staple channel. The top cover will spring open.
3. Pull the staple channel completely out until it locks into place.
4. Insert a strip of Leitz 24/6 or 26/6 staples into the channel with the staple points facing downwards.
5. Push the staple channel back into the stapler until it clicks securely into place.
6. Close the top cover until it latches.

1. Gather the papers you wish to staple, ensuring they are neatly aligned.
2. Insert the papers into the stapler's throat, positioning them where you want the staple to be placed.
3. Press down firmly and evenly on the top of the stapler until the staple penetrates the paper and clinches underneath.
4. Release the stapler. The stapled papers can now be removed.

Do not force the stapler if it encounters resistance, as this may cause jams or damage.
