5. Operating Instructions (PASS Method)

- P - Pull the Pin: Hold the extinguisher upright. Pull the metal pin from the handle. The safety seal will break.
- A - Aim at the Base of the Fire: Stand back approximately 6 feet (1.8 meters) from the fire. Aim the nozzle at the base of the flames, not at the smoke or top of the fire.
