1. Prepare the Timer: Before plugging in, turn the dial selector to the "OFF" position.
2. Plug into Receptacle: Insert the timer's plug into a grounded outdoor electrical receptacle. Ensure the receptacle is mounted vertically with the timer's outlet facing downwards, and the timer does not touch the ground.
3. Set Timing Mode: Turn the dial selector to your desired timing mode. Options include:
   • 2 h: Lights turn on at dusk and stay on for 2 hours.
