4. Podešavanje

The ANENG 683 multimeter is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, or if the low battery indicator is displayed, charge the device using the provided USB charging cable. 5.1 AC/DC Voltage Measurement

In AUTO mode, the multimeter automatically recognizes AC or DC voltage. Connect the test leads in parallel to the circuit or component you wish to measure. For example, to measure household AC voltage (approx. 220V) or DC voltage from a regulator (approx. 30V).

5.2 Mjerenje otpora

In AUTO mode, the multimeter automatically recognizes resistance. Ensure the circuit is de-energized before measuring resistance. Touch the stylus (test leads) to both sides of the resistor or component to measure its resistance.

5.4 Mjerenje kapaciteta

Before measuring capacitance, it is crucial to discharge the capacitor. This can be done by short-circuiting its two ends, for example, using a screwdriver with an insulated handle. Once discharged, switch the multimeter to the capacitance function and connect the test leads to the capacitor terminals.

IMPORTANT: Current measurements must always be made in series with the circuit. Never connect the multimeter in parallel with a voltage source when measuring current, as this will damage the instrument and blow the fuse.

5.6 Live Zero Line Recognition

Switch the multimeter to the "Live" (zero-fire line) gear. Insert the red test lead into the socket hole. If it's the live wire (firewire), the flashlight will flash red, and an alarm sound will be emitted. If it's the neutral wire (zero line), there will be no red flashing or alarm sound.
