4. Podešavanje

5.1. General Operation and Controls

• Kontrola brzine: The machine offers 12 speed levels. Rotate the control knob to adjust the speed. The touch display shows the current speed setting.
• Pulsni način rada: For short bursts of high power, use the pulse function (if available on the display).
• Funkcija tajmera: Use the touch display to set a working time between 1 and 90 minutes. The appliance will stop automatically once the timer expires.

5.2. Mixing and Kneading

1. Lift the motor head by pressing the release button.
2. Place the 8L stainless steel bowl onto the base and twist clockwise until it locks.
3. Attach the desired accessory (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whisk) by pushing it upwards into the attachment shaft and twisting until it locks.

5.3. Using the Integrated Digital Scale

1. Ensure the mixing bowl is correctly placed on the base.
2. Press the 'SCALE' button on the touch display to activate the weighing function. The display will show '0g'.
3. Add ingredients. The weight will be displayed.
4. To tare (reset to zero) for adding more ingredients, press the 'SCALE' button again.

5.4. Miješanje

1. Attach the 1.5L glass blender jug to the designated port on top of the main unit. Ensure it is securely locked.

3. Secure the lid firmly. The lid includes a measuring cup opening for adding ingredients during blending.
4. Select the desired blending speed using the control knob. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase.

5.5. Heated Bowl Function (Fermentation)

The heated bowl function is ideal for proofing dough, maintaining temperatures, or gently warming ingredients.

1. Ensure the mixing bowl is correctly placed and locked.
2. Add your dough or ingredients to the bowl.
3. On the touch display, select the heating/fermentation function.
4. Set the desired temperature (range 25-45°C) and timer (1-90 minutes) using the display controls.
5. The bowl will gently heat to the selected temperature, promoting optimal dough rising.

5.6. Meat Grinding, Sausage Stuffing, and Vegetable Shredding

These functions utilize specific attachments that connect to the front port of the main unit.

5. Plug in the appliance. Turn the speed knob to the appropriate setting for the task.

• Meat Grinder and Shredder Parts: These parts should be disassembled and washed immediately after use in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent corrosion, especially for metal components.

7. Otkrivanje problema

  • Ensure the attachment is correctly inserted and locked into the shaft.
  • Check if the mixing bowl is properly seated and locked.
