4.1 Adjusting the Barbell Racks
The barbell racks offer 5 height settings. To adjust, pull out the locking pin, slide the rack to the desired height, and re-insert the pin, ensuring it is fully engaged. The racks can accommodate up to 661 lbs (300 kg).

4.2 Adjusting the Workout Bench and Preacher Curl Pad
The workout bench is multi-position adjustable for incline or flat exercises. The preacher curl pad has four height settings, ranging from 29.8" to 34.6" (75.8-87.8 cm). Adjust these components by locating the adjustment pins or levers, selecting the desired position, and ensuring they lock securely into place.

4.3 Using the Leg Curl Machine and Weight Posts
Attach weight plates to the three designated weight posts on the leg curl machine to customize resistance. The maximum load for these posts is 88 lbs (40 kg). Ensure plates are securely fastened before use. The leg curl machine also features foam rollers for comfort during exercises.
