Thank you for choosing DACOM Open Ear Headphones. These wireless Bluetooth 5.3 earbuds are designed to provide a comfortable listening experience while maintaining awareness of your surroundings. Setup

1. Punjenje slušalica i futrole

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

2. Bluetooth uparivanje

The earbuds support one-step pairing. They will automatically enter pairing mode when you open the charging case.

Održavanje

Čišćenje

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your headphones. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

Vodootpornost (IP65)

The DACOM Open Ear Headphones are IP65 rated, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities where they may be exposed to sweat and light rain.

Wipe in time: After exposure to sweat or rain, wipe the headphones dry promptly.
Not allowed to swim: The IP65 rating does not mean they are suitable for submersion in water or swimming.

Slušalice se ne uparuju	Bluetooth is off on device, headphones not in pairing mode, or previously paired with another device.	Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Place earbuds back in case, close, then open to re-enter pairing mode. Forget "OpenBuds Air" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
Nema zvuka ili je mala jačina zvuka	Volume too low on device/headphones, headphones not connected, or audio source issue.	Increase volume on both your device and the headphones. Ensure headphones are properly connected. Check if audio is playing from the correct source on your device.
Povremena veza/preskakanje	Previše daleko od uređaja, smetnje ili slaba baterija.	Move closer to your device. Avoid areas with strong Wi-Fi or other Bluetooth interference. Charge the headphones and case fully.
Jedna slušalica ne radi	Low battery in one earbud, or connection issue.	Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. Ensure both earbuds are fully charged. Re-pair the headphones with your device.
Kontrole na dodir ne reaguju	Improper touch, or temporary software glitch.	Ensure you are tapping the correct area. Try restarting the headphones by placing them in the case and taking them out. Ensure your device's software is up to date.
