The BCU52M uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific petrol/oil mixture. Refer to the engine manufacturer's recommendations for the exact mixing ratio, typically 25:1 or 50:1 (petrol:2-stroke oil). Use fresh, unleaded petrol and high-quality 2-stroke engine oil.

1. Obtain an approved fuel mixing container.
2. Pour half the required amount of petrol into the container.
3. Add the correct amount of 2-stroke oil.
4. Shake the container to mix thoroughly.
5. Add the remaining petrol and shake again.
6. Fill the tool's fuel tank (1 liter capacity) carefully, avoiding spills.

Warning: Never use pure petrol or an incorrect fuel mixture, as this will damage the engine and void the warranty.

3.2 Attaching the Shaft and Handle

1. Connect the main engine unit to the shaft. Ensure the connection is secure.

3.4 Adjusting the Shoulder Strap

Attach the professional shoulder strap to the designated hook on the main shaft. Adjust the strap length to ensure the tool is balanced and comfortable to operate, reducing strain during prolonged use.

• To extend the line, tap the trimmer head gently on the ground while the engine is running at full throttle.
• Trim with a sweeping motion, keeping the line parallel to the ground.
