6. Uputstvo za upotrebu

  • To power on, connect the power adapter to the bike and a wall outlet. The console will light up.
  • To power off, simply unplug the power adapter. The console will automatically shut down after a period of inactivity.

To select a program, use the MODE button to enter program selection, then UP/DOWN to choose your desired program. Press MODE again to confirm and start. Programs can target various goals such as endurance, interval training, or heart rate control (HRC).

7.1 Podešavanje sedla

  • Visina: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post. Raise or lower the saddle until your leg is slightly bent at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob securely.
