4. Instalacija (Podešavanje)

The DZ47LE-32 RCCB is designed for DIN rail mounting within an electrical distribution board. Follow these general steps for installation:

  1. Isključivanje struje: Before starting, ensure the main power supply to the distribution board is completely disconnected and locked out to prevent accidental re-energization.
  2. Montaža: Clip the circuit breaker onto the standard DIN rail inside the distribution board. Ensure it is securely seated.
  3. Ožičenje:
    • Connect the incoming live (phase) wire to the 'L' terminal (usually the top left).
    • Connect the incoming neutral wire to the 'N' terminal (usually the top right).
    • Connect the outgoing live (phase) wire to the bottom 'L' terminal.
    • Connect the outgoing neutral wire to the bottom 'N' terminal.
    • Provjerite da li su svi vijci priključaka čvrsto zategnuti kako biste spriječili labave spojeve i pregrijavanje.

  4. Potvrda: Dvaput provjerite sve spojeve na ispravnost i čvrstoću. Pazite da nema golih žica.
  5. Kućište: Close the distribution board cover securely.
  6. Obnova napajanja: Vratite napajanje na razvodnu ploču.

5. Uputstvo za upotrebu

Once installed and power is restored, the circuit breaker is ready for operation.

  • Uključivanje: Push the main toggle switch (blue lever) upwards to the "ON" position. The circuit breaker is now active, and power is supplied to the protected circuit.
  • Isključivanje: Push the main toggle switch (blue lever) downwards to the "OFF" position to disconnect power from the protected circuit.
  • Automatsko isključivanje: In the event of an electrical leakage current exceeding 30mA, an overload, or a short circuit, the circuit breaker will automatically trip to the "OFF" position, disconnecting the power supply to prevent damage or injury.
  • Resetovanje nakon putovanja: If the circuit breaker trips, first identify and rectify the cause of the trip (e.g., faulty appliance, overloaded circuit). Once the fault is cleared, push the main toggle switch fully down to the "OFF" position, then push it upwards to the "ON" position to reset the breaker. If it trips again immediately, do not attempt to reset it repeatedly; consult a qualified electrician.

6. Održavanje

Regular maintenance ensures the continued reliable operation of your RCCB.

  • Mjesečni test: It is recommended to test the RCCB monthly by pressing the "T" (Test) button (orange button). This simulates a leakage current and should cause the breaker to trip immediately. If the breaker does not trip, it may be faulty and should be replaced by a qualified electrician.
  • čišćenje: Keep the circuit breaker clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Vizuelni pregled: Periodically inspect the circuit breaker for any signs of physical damage, discoloration, or loose connections. Address any issues promptly.
