Upon unboxing your Moto Z3 Play, verify that all the following items are included:

3. Podešavanje

3.1. Instalacija SIM kartice

The Moto Z3 Play uses a Nano SIM card. To install, locate the SIM tray on the side of the device. Use the SIM ejector tool (not included, but often found with your carrier's SIM card) to open the tray. Place your Nano SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring it is correctly oriented. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone.

Ensure the Mod is securely connected. The included Moto Power Pack can be attached this way to extend battery life.

4.2. Kamere

The Moto Z3 Play features a 12 MP + 5 MP dual rear camera setup for studio-quality portraits and an 8 MP wide-angle front-facing camera with screen flash. To launch the camera, twist your wrist twice quickly (Moto Action) or tap the camera icon on the home screen. Tap to focus, pinch to zoom, and use the on-screen controls to switch between modes like Portrait, Panorama, and Manual.

4.3. Alexa Hands-Free

The Amazon exclusive version of the Moto Z3 Play includes Alexa Built-in. Simply say "Alexa" or double-press the power button to activate Alexa. You can use voice commands to play music, hear the news, check the weather, set alarms, and more.

4.4. Fingerprint Sensor and Facial Recognition

Unlock your phone instantly using the side-mounted fingerprint sensor or facial recognition. To set up, navigate to Postavke > Sigurnost i lokacija > Otisak prsta or Otključavanje licem i pratite uputstva na ekranu.

4.5. Moto Actions (Gestures)

Motorola includes intuitive gestures for quick access to features:

5. Moto Mods

Moto Mods are modular accessories that magnetically attach to the back of your Moto Z3 Play, instantly transforming its capabilities. The included Moto Power Pack provides additional battery life. Other Moto Mods (purchased separately) can turn your phone into a movie projector, a powerful speaker, or enhance camera functionality.

6. Održavanje

• čišćenje: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean your phone. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
• Ažuriranja softvera: Redovno provjeravajte i instalirajte ažuriranja softvera kako biste osigurali optimalne performanse i sigurnost. Idite na Postavke> Sistem> Ažuriranja sistema.
• Održavanje baterije: To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and do not let the battery fully discharge frequently.

7. Otkrivanje problema

• Padovi aplikacije: Obrišite keš memoriju aplikacije (Postavke > Aplikacije i obavještenja > Informacije o aplikaciji > [Naziv aplikacije] > Pohrana i keš memorija > Obriši keš memoriju). If the problem continues, try reinstalling the app.
• Vraćanje na tvorničke postavke: As a last resort for persistent issues, you can perform a factory reset. Upozorenje: Ovim će se izbrisati svi podaci na vašem telefonu.
